Damron A/C & Heating is proud to offer a Spring and Fall Commercial preventative maintenance agreement. For HVAC Units, Ice machines, Walk-In coolers & freezers, Reach-In coolers & freezers. With our maintenance agreement, we will provide priority scheduling during normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with the exception of holidays. If you need maintenance scheduled after hours or on a weekend, this can be arranged for an additional charge. Damron A/C & Heating agrees to render the following services to your HVAC system, and All of your Refrigeration in accordance with the following plan. Twice per year one of our Certified Technicians will come and perform the preventative services As Follows:

  • HVAC Priority Service
  • Automatic reminders of Spring/Fall Inspections
  • Replace/ Clean filters
  • Lubricating, adjusting & safety testing of specified equipment
  • Receive a discounted rate on parts when repairs are made on the equipment included in the agreement at the time of scheduled service maintenance.
  • Friendly, knowledgeable technicians will perform all maintenance and repairs
  • Refrigeration – Clean coil, Check Evap fan’s, Condenser Fan’s, Check Compressors, Check refrigerant on non-sealed systems.

Residential Maintenance Plans

With our maintenance agreement, we will provide priority scheduling during normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with the exception of holidays. If you need maintenance scheduled after hours or on a weekend, this can be arranged for an additional charge. Damron A/C & Heating agrees to render the following services to your HVAC system in accordance with the following plan. The inspection and services will be performed by one of our certified technicians. Receive a discounted rate on repairs when they are made on the equipment included in the agreement at the time of scheduled service maintenance.

Complete 22 point inspection

Inspect outdoor refrigerant lines and insulation, Inspect indoor unit coil, Inspect outdoor unit coil, Inspect filter, Inspect blower motor, Inspect condensate, Lubricate system, Test motor capacitors, Inspect air handler for leaks, Check the safety disconnect, Access refrigeration caps for correct torque, Check t-stat calibration, Look for bug or rodent issues, Inspect blade for balance, Ensure outside unit level and draining properly, Check A/C platform, Measure A/C unit Amp draw, Inspect the Refrigerant levels, Check the capacitor, Measure static air pressure, Measure Temperature difference across coil, Inspect thermostat wiring.

An Agreement will not become effective until it is paid in full and will continue in effect until the following spring or fall of the following year unless canceled by either party with a 30 day written notice.
